UAE Vape provides reliable Cash on Delivery service across all seven emirates through uaevap.ae. Delivery speed depends on the destination, order-confirmation time, product availability, customer availability, and courier capacity.

The estimated delivery period begins after UAE Vape confirms the order—not automatically when the order is submitted.

Dubai Express Delivery Conditions

The 2–3 hour estimate applies when:

• The customer is available to receive the order

• The location is accessible to the courier

• The order is confirmed while express-delivery capacity remains available

Possible Delivery Delays

Heavy traffic, severe weather, restricted buildings, major events, inaccurate location details, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend the delivery time. If a material delay is known before dispatch, we will try to inform you.

Same-Day Delivery in Sharjah and Ajman

Confirmed orders for Sharjah and Ajman are normally delivered on the same day.

Orders confirmed late in the day, after daily courier capacity has been reached, or when the customer cannot receive the order may be moved to the next available delivery period.

Next-Day Delivery to Other Emirates

We normally provide next-day delivery to:

• Ras Al Khaimah

• Fujairah

Certain remote, restricted, offshore, or difficult-to-access locations may require additional time. If extra time is expected, we will try to confirm the estimated schedule before dispatch.

Cash on Delivery

UAE Vape currently accepts Cash on Delivery only.

The confirmed order amount and any applicable delivery fee must be paid to the authorized delivery representative when the order arrives.

Customers should:

• Keep the correct cash amount available where possible

• Confirm the payable amount before accepting the order

• Never share a bank password, card PIN, card-security code, or one-time banking code

Order Processing and Dispatch

After an order is submitted, we may contact the customer by telephone or WhatsApp to confirm:

Customer Delivery Responsibilities

To help us complete delivery on time, customers must provide:

• A correct location pin when requested

• Clear access instructions

• The name of the person receiving the order

• Availability during the agreed delivery period

UAE Vape is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, incomplete addresses, unanswered calls, inaccessible buildings, changed locations, or customer unavailability.

Age Verification at Delivery

UAE Vape products are intended only for adults aged 18 or older.

The customer or recipient may be asked to provide acceptable proof of age before the order is handed over. The delivery representative may refuse delivery if:

• The recipient appears to be under 18

• Valid age verification cannot be completed

• The order was placed on behalf of a minor

• The recipient information does not reasonably match the order

Age-restricted orders will not knowingly be left with a minor or unattended at the delivery location.

Failed, Refused, or Rescheduled Delivery

A delivery attempt may be considered unsuccessful when:

• The customer does not answer calls or messages

• Nobody eligible is available to receive the order

• The address or location is incorrect

• Building or community access is refused

• Age verification cannot be completed

• The customer refuses a correctly supplied order without an eligible reason

An additional delivery charge may apply if the customer requests another attempt or changes the destination after dispatch.

Orders repeatedly refused, ignored, or submitted with unreliable information may be cancelled, and future Cash on Delivery orders may require additional confirmation.

Checking Your Order

Customers should check the external package and confirm the number of supplied items as soon as the order is received.

If an order arrives damaged, leaking, incomplete, or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly—preferably within 24 hours of delivery—and provide:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the package and product

• An unboxing video, when available

Do not use or dispose of a disputed product before receiving instructions from our support team.
