The RELX Artisan is a premium, draw-activated pod device designed for users who prefer a polished everyday device without screens, buttons or complicated settings. Simply charge the device, insert a compatible prefilled RELX pod and inhale to activate it.

Its combination of a compact metal structure and premium surface finishes makes the Artisan visually distinct from standard RELX devices. Official RELX information identifies European leather, craftsmanship, USB-C charging, SmartPace vibration alerts and a 380mAh battery among its defining characteristics. RELX

RELX Artisan Specifications

RELX’s official device comparison lists the standard Artisan with a 380mAh battery, a weight of approximately 36.3g, USB-C charging and SmartPace vibration alerts. RELX

RELX Artisan vs RELX Artisan Plus

This collection is centred on the standard RELX Artisan. Do not confuse it with the newer Artisan Plus:

RELX describes the Artisan Plus as an upgrade from 380mAh to 440mAh and from 6.5W to 8W. Check the exact product name before ordering because these specifications should not be treated as interchangeable. Premium Design – RELX Global

Premium Leather and Metal Finishes

The Artisan series is designed to feel more like a carefully finished personal accessory than a basic plastic pod device. Depending on current UAE VAPE stock, the collection may include editions such as:

• Royal Saddle
• Indigo Denim
• Bright Mandarin
• Robin Blue
• Dark Stealth
• Metal Black Wave
• Metal Silver Wave
• Hammered Steel

Leather versions combine a machined metal core with a soft exterior wrap, while metal editions use engraved, hammered or wave-pattern surface treatments. The available colours may change, but the finish does not normally alter pod compatibility or core device performance.

Which Pods Fit the RELX Artisan?

The RELX Artisan works with the closed-pod family commonly sold as:

• RELX Pod Pro
• RELX Pod Pro 2

Official RELX product information lists Pod Pro cartridges for the Artisan, while current regional listings also identify Pod Pro 2 compatibility. RELX Global

Compatible pods are prefilled and inserted directly into the top of the device. They are not intended to be opened, manually refilled or fitted with replacement coils.

Before Ordering Pods

Check that the cartridge packaging specifically identifies the RELX Pod Pro or RELX Pod Pro 2 platform. Do not order a pod based only on the RELX brand name, because older or market-specific RELX cartridges may use different formats.

The Artisan is not designed for:

• JUUL pods
• MYLE pods
• RELX disposable products
• Refillable Caliburn-style cartridges
• Bottled freebase or nicotine-salt e-liquid
• Pods made for unrelated brands

RELX Pod Pro and Pod Pro 2 Options

Compatible Pod Pro cartridges are generally available in a selection of fruit, mint, cooling, drink-inspired and tobacco profiles. Availability can vary according to UAE inventory and regulatory requirements.

Pod Pro cartridges are commonly listed at approximately 1.9ml per pod, with estimated usage figures of roughly 500–650 puffs. Puff totals are estimates rather than guaranteed counts; draw duration and individual usage habits affect actual pod life. 45 min USB C

Always check the product page for:

• Flavour name
• Nicotine concentration
• Pods included per pack
• Compatibility wording
• Current availability

How to Use the RELX Artisan

1. Fully charge the device using a suitable USB-C cable and power source.
2. Remove the compatible RELX pod from its packaging.
3. Insert the pod into the top of the Artisan.
4. Inhale gently through the mouthpiece to activate the device.
5. Replace the pod when it is empty or when flavour and vapour production decline.
6. Recharge the device when the LED indicates a low battery.

No button sequence, wattage adjustment or manual coil preparation is required.

SmartPace Vibration Alert

The Artisan includes RELX’s SmartPace reminder feature. It can provide a vibration alert during concentrated use, helping the user remain aware of their puff frequency. This is a usage reminder, not a medical or nicotine-dosage measurement.

Charging and Device Care

For reliable day-to-day operation:

• Use a suitable USB-C cable and a standard compatible power source.
• Keep the charging port dry and free from dust.
• Do not use the device if the battery housing is damaged or unusually hot.
• Wipe condensation from the pod and connection area with a dry tissue.
• Avoid leaving the device inside a hot vehicle or in direct Dubai sunlight.
• Do not attempt to dismantle or repair the internal battery.
• Keep the device and pods away from children and pets.

Charging time can vary according to the cable, adapter, temperature and remaining battery level.

Is the RELX Artisan Right for You?

The Artisan may suit an eligible adult who wants:

• A premium alternative to a basic pod battery
• Easy draw-activated operation
• Replaceable prefilled cartridges
• A compact rechargeable device
• Access to Pod Pro and Pod Pro 2 flavour options
• Leather or textured-metal styling

Consider another collection if you want adjustable wattage, refillable cartridges, replaceable coils or compatibility with bottled vape juice. The RELX Artisan is intentionally a simple, closed-pod system.

RELX Artisan FAQs

Does the RELX Artisan come with pods?

It depends on the individual product listing. A device-only listing normally does not include a pod, so add compatible RELX Pod Pro or Pod Pro 2 cartridges separately.

Which pods are compatible with RELX Artisan?

The device is designed for compatible RELX Pod Pro cartridges, including Pod Pro 2 options sold for the same platform. Confirm the compatibility stated on the pod listing before ordering.

Is the RELX Artisan refillable?

No. It is a rechargeable device that uses replaceable, prefilled closed pods. The pods should not be opened or manually refilled.

What is the RELX Artisan battery capacity?

The standard RELX Artisan has a listed 380mAh rechargeable battery. The Artisan Plus is a different model with a larger 440mAh battery.

How long does the RELX Artisan take to charge?

A complete charge is commonly listed at approximately 45 minutes with appropriate USB-C charging equipment. Actual time can vary.

Does the RELX Artisan have a firing button?

No. It uses draw activation, so the device operates when the user inhales through an installed compatible pod.

Can I use RELX Pod Pro 2 with RELX Artisan?

Yes, current regional product information lists RELX Pod Pro 2 cartridges as compatible with the Artisan platform. Check the exact cartridge label because RELX formats can vary by market.

Are the leather and metal Artisan versions different internally?

They generally share the same core device platform. Their principal differences are colour, texture, exterior material and weight or hand feel rather than pod compatibility.

Is RELX Artisan the same as RELX Infinity?

No. They are different device ranges, although compatible regional Pod Pro cartridges may work across both platforms. Always match the cartridge family rather than relying solely on the device brand.

How quickly can UAE VAPE deliver RELX Artisan in Dubai?

Dubai orders are typically delivered within 2–3 hours after confirmation, subject to stock, location and courier availability.

Does UAE VAPE deliver RELX Artisan outside Dubai?

Yes. UAE VAPE offers same-day delivery to Sharjah and Ajman and usually next-day delivery to other Emirates. International delivery is not available.

Who can purchase RELX Artisan products?

RELX devices and nicotine-containing pods are intended only for legally eligible adults. Nicotine is addictive and is not suitable for minors, non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, or anyone advised to avoid nicotine.
