Nicotine can be addictive. Product information on our website is provided for general shopping and identification purposes and is not medical advice.

Customers are responsible for:

• Selecting the correct device, pod, coil, accessory, flavour, and nicotine strength

• Cash on Delivery amount

• Customer availability to receive the order

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order when:

• The order appears fraudulent, abusive, duplicated, or intended for resale

• The delivery location is unavailable or restricted

• A listing or pricing error has occurred

5. Prices and Cash on Delivery

UAE Vape currently accepts Cash on Delivery only.

The customer must pay the confirmed order amount to the authorized delivery representative when the order arrives. Any applicable delivery fee will be communicated through the website, checkout, order confirmation, or customer-support conversation.

We do not request online card payments, bank passwords, PINs, card-security codes, or one-time banking verification codes.

Customers should confirm the payable amount before handing over cash. If there is a difference between the confirmed order and the amount requested at delivery, contact us before accepting the order.

6. Delivery

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, active mobile number, and any instructions reasonably required to locate the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, customer availability, courier operations, public holidays, restricted locations, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The customer is responsible for being available at the agreed location and answering delivery-related communications.

An additional delivery or handling charge may apply when an order cannot be completed because:

• The address or telephone number is incorrect

• The customer is unavailable or repeatedly unresponsive

• The customer changes the delivery location after dispatch

• The order is refused without an eligible reason

• A second delivery attempt is requested

Ownership and responsibility for the order pass to the customer after the product has been delivered and accepted, subject to applicable consumer rights.

7. Order Cancellations

Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible.

Under our current cancellation rules, an eligible unfulfilled order may be cancelled within one hour of placement. Cancellation is not guaranteed after the order has been confirmed, packed, assigned to a courier, or dispatched.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible unopened products may be returned within two calendar days from delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened, activated, tested, or used e-liquids, disposable vapes, pods, cartridges, coils, mouthpieces, heated tobacco products, and vape devices may not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Damaged, defective, leaking, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied products should be reported promptly with the order number and clear photographs or video.

Mandatory consumer rights concerning defective or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.

9. Device Warranty

Some devices may include a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Coverage depends on the product, brand, nature of the fault, and available proof of purchase.

Warranty support normally excludes:

• Accidental or liquid damage

• Physical damage after delivery

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper charging or storage

• Use of incompatible accessories
