Royal Saddle Leather-Crafted Design

The Royal Saddle edition is designed for customers who prefer warmer, more traditional colours over bright or metallic finishes. Its brown leather-inspired exterior gives the device a timeless appearance that works naturally with professional, casual and travel accessories.

The textured covering also offers a more tactile grip than a smooth plastic surface. Beneath the decorative finish is a compact device body designed to remain slim and comfortable during everyday carry.

The Royal Saddle colour changes the appearance and texture of the device; it does not change the basic operation of the RELX Artisan platform.

Simple Draw-Activated Operation

RELX Artisan is designed to minimise setup and maintenance. It does not require manual coil installation, wattage adjustment or e-liquid refilling.

To use the device:

1. Charge it with a compatible USB Type-C cable.

2. Remove the protective pieces from a compatible RELX pod.

3. Check the pod for visible damage or leakage.

4. Insert the pod securely into the top of the device.

5. Inhale gently through the mouthpiece to activate it.

6. Replace the pod when its e-liquid is depleted or flavour and vapour noticeably decline.

The heating element is located inside the compatible pod rather than the device. Do not puncture, refill, open or modify a sealed RELX pod.

Compatible RELX Pods

The RELX Artisan Royal Saddle is designed for compatible pods within the RELX closed-pod ecosystem, including:

• RELX Pod

• RELX Pod Pro

Some regional sellers also offer Pod Pro 2 variants for newer RELX devices. Because pod connectors and regional generations may differ, check your pod packaging and the supplied device information before ordering.

The Artisan is not designed for manually refilled tanks or third-party open-system cartridges. Using the correct authentic pod helps maintain a reliable connection and consistent activation.

Smooth Performance with Less Maintenance

Compatible RELX Pod Pro cartridges incorporate their heating system inside the sealed pod. This removes the need to replace loose coils or handle bottled e-liquid.

Depending on the selected pod, the system is designed to provide:

• Even heating during normal use

• Consistent flavour delivery

• A comfortable mouth-to-lung draw

• Reduced user maintenance

• Improved control of condensation and e-liquid movement

• Quick flavour changes by replacing the complete pod

No closed pod is guaranteed to remain completely leak-free in every storage, temperature or pressure condition. A small amount of condensation beneath the pod can occur during normal use.

USB Type-C Charging

The regional Artisan specification supplied for this listing uses a 380mAh rechargeable battery and USB Type-C charging. A complete charge takes approximately 45 minutes under suitable conditions.

Actual charging time can vary depending on the cable, power source, battery condition and surrounding temperature. Use a compatible charging source and keep the charging port clean and dry.

Do not charge the device unattended, use damaged cables or expose the battery to excessive heat.

What Is Included in the Box?

• 1 × RELX Artisan Royal Saddle device

• 1 × USB Type-C charging cable

• 1 × User manual

Compatible pods are normally sold separately. Packaging and included accessories may vary between regional batches, so the supplied package should be treated as final.

Everyday Care in the UAE Climate

• Wipe condensation from the pod base and device contacts with a dry tissue.

• Stop using any pod that is cracked, damaged or leaking heavily.

Which pods are compatible with RELX Artisan?

RELX identifies the Artisan as compatible with RELX Pod and RELX Pod Pro. Check the connector and regional packaging before purchasing other pod generations.

Is the RELX Artisan refillable?

The device is rechargeable, but its compatible pods are sealed and non-refillable. Replace the complete pod after the e-liquid is depleted.

How long does charging take?

The regional specification supplied for this listing indicates approximately 45 minutes with USB Type-C. Actual charging time depends on the cable, power source, temperature and battery condition.

How long does one pod last?

A compatible 1.9ml pod may provide approximately 500–650 puffs. This is an estimate; longer or more frequent draws will reduce the total.

Does the device have a firing button?

No. The RELX Artisan is draw-activated. Insert a compatible pod and inhale gently through the mouthpiece.

Is Royal Saddle different from other Artisan colours?

Royal Saddle has a warm brown leather-crafted appearance. Its main difference is the exterior colour and finish; operation remains consistent with the corresponding Artisan device version.

Why is there moisture under the pod?

A small amount of condensation can develop during ordinary use. Remove the pod, wipe its base and the device contacts with a dry tissue, and reinstall it. Stop using a pod that is damaged or leaking heavily.

Adult Nicotine Warning

This device is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over who already use nicotine. Compatible pods may contain nicotine, which is addictive. Vaping is not risk-free. Do not use if you are underage, pregnant, breastfeeding, a non-nicotine user or have been advised to avoid nicotine. Keep the device and all pods away from children and pets.
